Lake Washington, South Bellevue Mooring Buoy
Lake Washington mooring ball available in south Bellevue, at my residence, south of Newcastle Beach Park. Sheltered from hard south winds by Pleasure Point.
Level One: $30/day -- It is a buoy & someone is staying on the boat overnight. No shore access. Level Two: $60/day -- OK for one person to swim to shore each way per day, come through the property, parking about 9 houses away, probably offload/onload people and equipment from the Newport boat ramp. Level Three: $90/day -- negotiable (use of my skiff, 30' floating dock, tie off your skiff, parking, etc.) If you are interested in Level two or three, precoordinated with me and I'll adjust the price.
