23-093890 Almost in sight of the QYC docks, off shore from the Burton Loop. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, not good for loud parties. Shore access (no dock) at Jensen Point Park, with about a 1.5 mile walk to get to the little store in Burton near the marina. Fee donated directly to marine charity. Full view of fireworks on the 4th!
